The Glogs Mrs. Jones' class created were the culminating activity for their unit on Living Things. After studying the Gulf Coast region and the effects the recent oil spill had on both animals and vegetation in the classroom, the students chose a Gulf Coast animal to learn more about. During Library and Lab time with Mrs. Fink, students researched their animals using World Book Online and other sites. Each group chose a video clip from the Discovery Education site United Streaming. Information, pictures and video clips were integrated into their Glogs. Enjoy!
